Common Country Assessment (CCA) for Eritrea 2007-2011
The first Common Country Assessment (CCA) for Eritrea was prepared in 2002 and formed the basis for the first United Nations Development Assistance Framework (2002 -2006). The Government of Eritrea and the United N ations Country Team jointly, in the spirit of co -ownership, launched the preparation of the second CCA at the beginning of 2005. The CCA has drawn from national documents, the Millennium Declaration, Millennium Development Goals, international conferences’ declarations, and existing data that respond to national priorities.
